The CORE 4 Fit app is an online Coaching platform developed by London based Strength and Fitness Coach, Sean Henry Murphy. Formulated around the fundamental principles of Sean's exercise, training and nutritional philosophies and based on sound research-based methodologies and protocols, the CORE 4 Fit app serves to provide clients around the world with the relevant information and practical tools necessary to create lasting and sustainable improvements in their fitness, body composition and general health and wellbeing.

Depending on membership package levels, features include;
